It is possible to stay longer prior to start of our tour in Portugal (Lisbon) or at the end of the tour in Switzerland (Zurich).

Can we Break the 40 days Tour into 2 schedules? YES, we can. It would cost $2000 more if everyone in the group agreed to.

Yes, we will. US & Canadian citizens do not require visa to many countries. But we have people from around the world joining us on the tour and visa requirement differs from country to country.

25 Countries-Europe: We will take care of your visa for free. 99% of the time, the visa is guaranteed because, ours is a planned group tour and we are staying in each country 3 to 4 days with all of our flight tickets and hotel confirmations. In case by any chance your visa is declined, we will deduct the visa fee, visa processing charges and refund the remaining money back to you. 

25 Countries-Asia: The customer (person travelling on the tour) is responsible for the visa expenses and processing fees. Guidance on visa is Free to our customers that are part of our 25 countries tour. Based on your citizenship, need to process your visas at multiple countries. We will guide and coordinate with you to get all the visas. The best thing is, we can use the same documentation for all the visa applications. But have to get them stamped at different embassies. 

It is up to you (the customer on the tour). Traveling light is always the best. We will be providing 7 T-shirts that will be enough for a week of travel. T-Shirt with jeans are comfortable generally. Please plan accordingly or according to your wish.

1 box is ideal. Airlines are different around the world with their baggage policy. Please refer to their rules. You are responsible for the baggage expenses. Most of the airlines allows 1 piece of free baggage which is generally included in your ticket price. But you are responsible for any extra baggage per the airline rules. We will provide you with the exact allowance of bags by various airlines 30 days prior to the departure.

The tour price is quoted in United States of America Dollars. All the customers from around the world are required to pay in US Dollars to 25countries.com.

25Countries-Europe: USD 17,500 per person based on double occupancy. (Single occupancy will be USD 22,400 and child (below 12 years) sharing a room with parents will be USD 13,500 and Infant below 2 years will pay just the flight and visa charges.)

25Countries-Asia: USD 28,000 per person based on double occupancy. (Single occupancy will be USD 32,000 and child (below 12 years) sharing a room with parents will be USD 22,000 and Infant below 2 years will pay just the flight and visa charges sharing the same bed with parents. In need extra bed, can pay at the hotel directly)

Below 12 years ( Age 2-11 and not reaching the 12th birthday) is considered a Child in most of the countries around the world.

1. Hold your spot with a US $1500 deposit. Our group is limited to a maximum of 30 members only. The deposit money is non-refundable.
2. 50% of the Tour price is due 120 days prior to the Tour date.
3. 100% of the Tour price is due 90 days prior to the Tour date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Prior to 90 Days of the Departure Date – Except the $1500 non-refundable amount, the remaining amount will be refunded
• 45 days prior to the departure date – 50% is refundable after deduction of the $1500 non-refundable amount.
• Less than 45 days – 25% is refundable (75% is non-refundable)
• Less than 30 days – 100% non-refundable.

Yes, that is right. USD 17,500 for 25countries-Europe (We will fly you to our first destination in Europe from anywhere in the world from a major international airport of your home country and fly you back to your home country after completing our tour), and USD 28,000 for 25countries-Asia (We will fly you to our first destination in Asia from anywhere in the world from a major international airport of your home country and fly you back to your home country after completing our tour)

Since Europe is almost the center of the world on the world map, we have calculated the airfare based on that. People can join us from USA, Canada, Central America, South America (North & South America Continents), All countries from the African continent, all countries from the Asian Continent (including Middle East) with the below exceptions.

• All the departures are from major international cities only. For example, the USA got 19,622 airports. Out of them approximately 30 of them are Major International airports. Another example of India, there are 137 airports in India. Out of them, the major international airports are New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad.
• USD 1000 extra for the citizens of Australia and Oceania due to the distance.
• If any Europeans wanted to join our tour, we will give them a very special discount based on their distance to Portugal and Switzerland.

25countries-Europe: We will meet our group on Day 01 in Lisbon airport, Portugal. After completing the 25 countries tour, our group will depart from Zurich airport, Switzerland.

25countires-Asia: We will meet our group on Day 01 in Tel Aviv airport, Israel. After completing the 25 countries tour, our group will depart from Istanbul, Turkey.
